Summer School Rocks!
I'm teaching summer school. Remember Johnny? Well, you won't believe who I have in my summer school class. You just won't believe it! Kenny. Yep, Johnny's little brother. Isn't their a rule about subjecting teachers to multiple carriers of the same gene pool within a year?
A day in the life with Kenny:
"Kenny, we don't sit on our knees and rock in the chairs. Sit on your bottom."
Five minutes later...
"Kenny, on your bottom."
Five minutes later...
"Kenny. Bottom."
Ten minutes later...
"Kenny, on your bottom."
Two minutes later...
"Kenny, on your bottom...now."
Five minutes later...
"Kenny, on your bottom...NOW."
Seven minutes later...
"Kenny, b-o-t-t-o-m."
Three minutes later...
"Kenny, sit on your bottom."
Five minutes later...
"Kenny, what do we do with our bottoms?"
Without missing a beat Kenny says, "poop."
Only five more weeks?

BWAHAHAHAHa! WHo killed Kenny? FIONA! LOL
hehehe, well you could do what my husband's 3rd grade teacher did to one of his friends--masking tape the kid to his chair, but of course, times are different, and you'd be in trouble not the child.

Tara, we aren't allowed to tape them up, but I can put the tape roll on the desk! (hehe)
Valeen and Mailyn...I'm loving it! Having little kiddies for a change rather than those rough around the edges 14-year-olds who are smarter than you is nice! I"m enjoying coloring and playing kickball rather than reading poetry and analyzing theme! Fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I just have to remember to be less literal)
