Saturday's Hodgepodge...
Wow, didn't know when I started I had so much to say today! Linc might take me to the movies tonight, now we just have to decide what! I would like to see The Da Vinci Code but Linc wouldn't. We like horror so See No Evil is an option. However, I think it will be between Poseidon and X-Men 3...the later winning out, probably.
I have officially left Internet Explorer and moved to Firefox. This has made Linc a very happy man. He swears by Firefox. Why the dragging of the feet you ask?
Well, Linc works in computers so he is always trying to make me be guinea pig to new programs and they usually screw with me so I am very cautious. Firefox is working great and the nice surprise was that it transferred over all of my cookies, links and favorites from IE! Woo-Hoo!
*Tip* Did you know that if you press Ctrl + T in Firefox it will create a new window tab? Nice...
I don't like the new Yahoo interface, everything moves around on you. I go to click on mail or movies and it expands or shrinks and I can't catch it with my mouse. Plus, it takes longer to load. Remember, I don't like change and I still use Yahoo as my primary search engine because I'm just not thrilled with the output/results from Google. However, Yahoo's new look may just be the driving nail into the coffin.
I watched Mona Lisa Smile on TV last night. Ugh. It's not that the movie was bad, the time period was. When all the girls were talking about leaving college and not taking careers in order to stay and make a home for their husbands, I threw up in my mouth. I would rather just be ignorant and pretend that women, after earning the right to vote, did not act like idiots. Also, the Betty Warren role is why I don't like Kristin Dunst. I have never been able to separate her from this character. I guess that means she is a good actress? She was just too believable to think she could be anything but a bitch.
And You Think You Can Dance? What a gawd-awful show. I mean, just awful!

Linc and I went down to the beach after lunch. It was one of those weird days where the tide was out, way, way, out and there were little pools and channels filled with water all over the place and not a wave in sight. So we played until an afternoon stormed rolled in and drove us inside with the scary ass thunder.
I felt sleepy so I took a nap...A FOUR HOUR NAP! Shit, now it's too late for a movie and I will never go to bed at a decent hour.
Crap, crap, crap.
